What do the Parents Group do?
The Parents Group raise money and organise events to support the school in its aims to provide a happy and healthy learning environment for our children.
The Parents Group organise the Christmas Fair, School Discos, Easter/ Christmas competitions, Parents Socials and other fund raising and social events.
How do I get involved?
As parents we’re all members; how involved you wish to be is your choice and may change depending on work/ home/ other life commitments!
There are Parents Group meetings (held at the school in the evenings) every 4-8 weeks where events are planned and funding priorities are discussed. However, this is not the only way to be involved! The group benefit from a whole variety of contributions ….whatever you fancy, whenever you can - no minimum commitment!
Please do consider getting involved. It’s not just about fund raising, it’s about fun and friendship too. If you are unable to attend the meetings but would like to be involved, please let Lynn Townsend know so that you can be added to the email circulation list.
We are always open to new ideas and suggestions so please come along to one of the meetings or feel free to contact us.
