Sport

Emphasis on sport in the Nursery/Foundation 1 and School is placed on the development of physical skills. All teaching staff are trained to teach P.E.

Miss Amy O'Brien is P.E. Co-ordinator throughout school.

From Year 1 onwards the children will begin to use these skills in teamwork in educational gymnastics.

All children have P.E. lessons during the week. We ask that children have a PE kit of close fitting navy blue shorts, white t-shirt and pumps or trainers that are not worn outside.  PE t-shirts with the school logo on are available from the school office.  For safety reasons we would ask that children do not wear jewellery in school, including pierced, hooped/dangling earrings, and that long hair is tied back.
